Our focus is to provide kiwifruit growers throughout the country with high quality kiwifruit pollen and friendly honest service. Our pollen mill has been operating since 2021 and we have been supplying quality pollen to some of the Bay’s largest growers.

Through direct ownership and leasing arrangements, Grower’s Pollen has access to over 3ha of male only kiwifruit orchards. As an independent operator we can guarantee that your pollen order is secure with us so you can focus on growing your crop.

Grower’s Pollen is owned and operated by Brian and Shiree McGillivray and Murray and Sarah Clarke. As a former science teacher at Tauranga Boys’ College, Murray has a strict eye for detail and quality in all milling operations. You know that you are getting a top quality pollen when the guy who owns the business controls the end to end milling process. Murray and Sarah also own avocado orchards and as growers they understand the challenges of the pollination season.

Brian McGillivray is a green kiwifruit grower in Tauranga with a long history in the pollen industry having owned his own pollen application business and managed a large-scale pollen operation for the last 4 years. Brian is responsible for pollen sales and flower harvest and is passionate about helping growers maximise their crop yield and dry matter through optimal pollination.
